Ordering, Cancellation
& Cottage Food Notice
At Tandem Twist Bakery, every item is handcrafted in small batches using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Because many of our products incorporate fruits, vegetables, and other seasonal ingredients, appearance, color, and presentation may vary slightly from website photos.
Order Cancellations

Standard orders (muffins, cookies, and other menu items) may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date for a full refund.

Custom orders, including specialty cakes, catering trays, and event orders, require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date.

Custom orders canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup date may receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.

Custom orders canceled fewer than 7 days before pickup are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds will not be issued after an order has been picked up, delivered, or accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we may review the concern.
Liability
Tandem Twist Bakery is not responsible for damage that occurs after an order has been picked up, delivered, or otherwise leaves our possession.
